This private 3-day tour from Errachidia to Marrakech follows the most beautiful road in southern Morocco. After the Ziz Valley and a sunset camel trek you sleep at Milagro Luxury Camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes.
Then the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs takes you to the Todra Gorges and a night in the Dades Valley. On the last day you visit Ouarzazate and Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and cross the High Atlas by the Tizi n’Tichka pass to Marrakech.

Itinerary

Day 1
Errachidia – Ziz Valley – Rissani – Merzouga
Pick-up at your hotel, the bus station or Errachidia airport. We drive south along the Ziz Valley, stopping at the Meski Blue Spring and the palm-grove viewpoints, then cross Erfoud and Rissani, the old caravan town. In the late afternoon you ride a camel into the Erg Chebbi dunes for sunset and arrive at Milagro Luxury Camp: mint tea, dinner and Berber music around the fire.

Day 2
Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
After sunrise and breakfast we drive west through Erfoud and Tinejdad to Tinghir and its huge palm grove. Walk between the 300-metre cliffs of the Todra Gorges, then continue along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to the Dades Valley for dinner and the night.

Day 3
Dades – Ouarzazate – Aït Ben Haddou – Marrakech
We follow the Valley of Roses and the Skoura palm grove to Ouarzazate, the Hollywood of Africa, and visit the ksar of Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then we cross the High Atlas by the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2,260 m) and arrive in Marrakech in the evening.

Where does the tour start?
All our tours start in Errachidia: we pick you up at your hotel, at the CTM or Supratours bus station or at Moulay Ali Cherif airport. Tell us your arrival time and we organise the rest.
Is the tour private?
Yes. Every tour is private: only you and your travel companions, with your own driver and vehicle. You can stop for photos whenever you like.
Where do we sleep in the desert?
At Milagro Luxury Camp, our own camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes of Merzouga: luxury tents with air conditioning, private bathroom with hot water, dinner and breakfast included.
How do I book and what is the price?
Send us your dates, the number of travellers and the tour you like on WhatsApp or with the form. We reply with the price and availability. Nothing is booked until we confirm.
Can you change the itinerary?
Of course. We can add nights at the camp, start from another city (Fez, Marrakech, Ouarzazate…) or add activities like quad or buggy. Every tour can be tailor-made.
